Grain-Free Bagel Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 large eggs for dairy-free option, use flax eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup dairy-free cheese, shredded

Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Ground flaxseed, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and sea salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl
You can use flax eggs instead of eggs
In a different bowl, mix dairy-free milk, apple cider vinegar, and eggs
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until a dough forms
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces, and then roll each piece into a ball
Spread out each ball a little to make it look like a bagel, and then put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
After the oven is hot, bake the bagels for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are lightly golden
Take them out of the oven and let them cool for a while
Cut each bagel in half and put your choice of toppings on top of each half
If you want, you can also use marinara sauce instead of cheese
Put the topped bagel halves back in the oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
Enjoy while still warm!
