Instant Pot Chicken Pasta
This chicken pasta dish is quick and easy to make in the Instant Pot. It's great for busy weeknights! Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts, diced 2 cups penne pasta 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cups chicken broth 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Place diced chicken, pasta, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the Instant Pot Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley
