4-Ingredient Chicken Marinade



There are only four ingredients in this easy and tasty chicken marinade, and it is gluten-free. It's great for a quick dinner during the week or grilling on the weekend.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a small bowl using a whisk

In a large plastic bag that can be closed again, put chicken breasts

Add the chicken to the bag, seal it, and massage it gently to make sure it's covered all over

Put the meat in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours, stirring every now and then to make sure it marinates evenly

Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the temperature inside reaches 165F 75C and the chicken is fully cooked

Taking it off the heat and letting it sit for a while before serving
