Chewy Vegan Granola Bars

These homemade vegan granola bars are chewy and full of healthy ingredients. They're great for a quick snack or breakfast on the go. Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup chopped almonds 1/4 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, vegan chocolate chips, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch baking dish Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown Let it cool completely before cutting into bars Store in an airtight container
